At the maximum recommended daily dose of two sachets, you get 1,800 mg sodium, 800 mg potassium, 2,460 mg chloride, and 140 mg magnesium.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND USE

Dissolve one 5.5 g sachet in 500–750 ml of water. Consume one to two times daily, especially during exercise, hot weather, or increased fluid loss.

Sodium (sodium citrate, sodium chloride), potassium chloride, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), magnesium citrate, flavor (lime, lemon), and sweetener (steviol glycosides).
